Liverpool have announced the signing of winger Harvey Elliott from Fulham for an undisclosed fee.
The England youth international becomes the Reds’ second signing of the summer following the arrival of defender Sepp van den Berg earlier this month.
Elliott holds the record for the youngest Premier League debutant following his appearance against Wolves last season when he was just 16 years and 30 days old.
He made three appearances for the Cottagers during the 2018/19 campaign and attracted interest from the likes of Real Madrid and RB Leipzig,
But Liverpool have won the race for his signature and the 16-year-old will now join up with the squad for their pre-season friendly against Napoli on Sunday.
